Where an official advisory advises against travel to an area, we do not offer services there; we may change, postpone or cancel a route if conditions deteriorate. Under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX “On Consumer Protection” dated 10.06.2023 you must receive pre-contract information on the service, price, terms, complaints and your rights. Under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR “On Tourism” dated 15.09.1995 providers must give complete and accurate tour information, including programme, price and operator details.
